1. Are your products legal? Why are they so much cheaper than the original price?

Yes, our products are all legal and copyright-compliant.

As a Group Buying platform, we purchase genuine products and split the price for our members when a minimum number of buyers is reached. 

For example, for a product worth $2,000 purchased through Group Buying, each person who joins the purchase will pay $200 (10% of $2,000). After buying the course at the original price using the fund, we will sell it to those who cannot afford the full fee or those who prefer saving money for their future trades. 

If the price is the last thing you worry about, we advise you to purchase the courses from the original sales pages to get better support from the authors.

2. What is the delivery method?

Once we have received the payment, we will send you the download link immediately or no later than 8 hours. 

Please be noted that the link will expire after 2 days. You should store all the digital documents on your computer before it does. 

3. May I have any problems with my order?

We guarantee your data security at Library of Trader. Should your personal data be disclosed to any third party without your consent, we will take full responsibility. 

We are committed to only using your personal information for internal purposes including:

For long-term value and better support, we encourage you to spend a couple of minutes registering an account. With an account, you will be updated with the best deals and taken care of throughout your learning. 

5. Will I receive updates when new product updates are available?

New product updates will be added to the product title and the detailed description as soon as they are available.

7. How many membership packages does your company have?

For your utmost convenience, we provide you with 03 membership packages: 

  • Trial (Weekly) Membership ($35): Maximum of 150 courses in the Membership category (5 courses per day). Only available within a week in the New Library Event
  • Quarterly Membership ($39/month): Maximum of 150 courses in the Membership category a month (5 courses a day). 
  • Yearly Membership ($32.5/month): Maximum of 300 courses in the Membership category a month.

8. What is the difference between membership and products (Store and group buy)

Our product library is divided into two categories as below: 

  • Membership: Downloadable products that are not in the Store. 
  • Store: Most updated courses. 

9. Can I stop my membership while using it?

Once we have received your payment, the download link will be shortly sent to your registered email within 8 hours.

Course duration is the total length of all the videos included in the course (Mp4, AVI, FLV, WMV, etc.).

You can view the course as many times as you wish before the link expires (in 2 days).

Our notifications and communications are dedicated to keeping you updated with courses or news you are interested in. 

However, if they have unfortunately become a bother, you can use the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of our emails. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. 

  1. Is membership automatically renewed?

One week before your membership expires, we will send you an email informing you about the renewal which lets you decide to hold or sell. 


  1. Where can I find the coupon/How can I get the coupon code?

We provide multiple discounts on your birthday, holidays, and promotion events throughout the year. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter in order not to give them a miss.  

  1. How do I redeem a voucher to take a course?

If the price of the course is the same as the voucher, you can get it without any hassle. 

If it is higher, you will have to pay for the difference in prices. 

If it is lower, the price difference will be added to your next purchase. 


  1. What payment methods/currencies do you accept?

You can make payment via Paypal, Webmoney, Perfectmoney, Crypto, or Credit/Debit cards. 

  1. The email that my Paypal account shows is different from the registration email. Can I use this PayPal account to make a payment?

Yes, you can, as long as the email you provide in the default purchase form is valid. 

  1. Can I request the download link again in the future if I lose the link or my hard drive crashes?

We provide Lifetime Support for any purchase. If you encounter any unexpected problems with all the products you have purchased from our website such as hard drive errors, file loss, etc., feel free to send us an email and we will resend you access to the downloadable files.

  1. I’m on a long trip/work and can’t download right now. Can I request a time extension of the download link when I return?
