Meet your negotiation coach Chris Voss

Chris Voss has been an adjunct lecturer in the MBA program at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He has also taught in the undergraduate program at the University of Southern California. He has taught business negotiation at Harvard University and has given guest lectures at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Goethe School of Business in Frankfurt, Germany. Chris Voss has also written and published articles on business negotiation. As Managing Director of Insite Security’s Kidnapping Resolution Practice since 2009, Christopher has also contributed to the company’s overall success. As the CEO and founder of The Black Swan Group Ltd, he is also the author of Never Split The Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It, which is available on Amazon.
